Tour with insight into wine production and tasting of various wines, and tapas buffet.
Hands-on activity
Students can create their own DNA product with involvement from the area’s deep water cave. We will go through the history and development of the wines together while offering samples of the wine plant’s organic grapes.

Questions regarding the visit to the vineyard may include:
- What is the difference between organic wine production in Mallorca and the Danish organic vineyard Nygaardsminde in Denmark?
- What significance does the climate have for sustainability in wine production right now compared to the two vineyards?
- What will climate change do to sustainability in wine production in the future, possibly in relation to temperatures and upcoming rainfall?
Does organic wine exist in the EU, or is it called natural wine, and why?
