Foraging tour and natural dinner
This event takes us off the beaten path and into nature, where we’ll explore old natural areas. Participants will be introduced to the herbs and mushrooms that can be used as ingredients in cooking.
Participants will learn more about which herbs and mushrooms are edible and which ones to avoid.
All herbs and mushrooms are naturally sustainable.
The event concludes with a natural dinner that the participants prepare together in nature. The ingredients from the foraging tour will be included in the dinner.
The event is seasonal and takes place in spring and autumn.
