Birdlife and Sustainable Nesting Boxes

In this event, participants will encounter buzzards, kestrels, and other birds of prey.

Participants will learn about the lives of birds while listening for them and guessing which birds we hear. In addition, we will review the importance of helping birds that are in decline.

Participants will learn about the birds’ food and how they cooperate.

The event concludes with participants collaborating to build sustainable nesting boxes from cork.

These nesting boxes can be hung in the participants’ own gardens or on the company’s outdoor area.
